Purdue University's ambitious endeavor to bring innovation through multidisciplinary action is setting its sights high, looking to achieve unprecedented goals. Discovery Park was established to create a combinational power greater than any individual strength, and to serve as a catalyst for drawing faculty, staff, and students to reach into other disciplines and projects in order to take Purdue to the cutting edge of academic work.
Slingshot
Slingshot, one of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce's newest events, with partners Eli Lilly & Co. and Conexus Indiana , is designed to provide an opportunity for emerging businesses to showcase their companies to local business leaders for the purpose of utilizing the experience, connections and buying power of the participating business leaders. The goal is to increase the value and accelerate the revenue growth of the emerging businesses from multiple industries that have been profiled.
Indiana Advanced Aerospace Manufacturing Alliance
The objective of the IAAMA is to facilitate communication and collaboration among its Members thereby developing a unified focus to support the vitality and transformation of Indiana’s aerospace- capable manufacturing industry. By leveraging the strengths of Indiana’s aerospace-capable manufacturing and repair facilities, we will identify, prioritize, research and develop basic knowledge, technologies, techniques and industry practices and tools to enable and accelerate the transformation and growth that is vital to assuring this critical component of Indiana’s economy remains a robust and central industrial sector well into the 21st century.
